DESIGN INTEGRATION

Azure utilizes state-of-art integrated computer aided design (CAD) integration allowing us the ability to perform our initial CAD model design, analyze the design using complimentary analysis tools, update the CAD model design to meet pre-determined design standards, complete the model and confirm that the design meets the design standards all electronically using exports from our CAD and analysis tools. 

Example:  a design is proposed for a conveyor; the initial design constraints are established by the engineer based on our standard design tool (based on Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association – CEMA requirements); our designers model (Inventor Modeling Tool) including structural frame of the conveyor; our engineers export the model data out to our structural and mechanical analysis tools – making changes as required to complete the design analysis; our designer takes the analysis tool updates and alter the model to confirm fit-up and design completion.  Conveyor is now designed using the model with design drawings, the calculations are complete (structural and mechanical), and the output electrical engineering information is given to the electrical engineer for electrical design requirements. This design integration minimizes errors, increases efficiency of the design, and overall decreases the cost and schedule.
